Coaches Backstories
My coaching experience combines decades of experience on the field, including playing at the collegiate level and understanding what it takes to arrive at, and succeed in D1 programs. I hacked my way into a Division 1 myself, and navigated my Brothers and his teammates path into one of the biggest decisions of their lives yet.
Our Coaching Experience
Growing up in my little league and HighSchool days in the NorthEast, I didn’t know what to do to make my Division 1 aspirations come true, and my parents didn’t know any better as well. I was always one of the best on any team, but I never knew what was the right team to be apart of, or where to go to showcase whatever skills I had to give myself an opportunity to be seen. By following the path of teammates with no intentions or no guidance to be recruited, I ended up going to a local Division 3. After a year there i educated myself on the landscape of College baseball, and gave myself a chance to walk on and play Division 1 ball my last two years of College.
By learning the hard way the consequences of lack of knowledge, I made sure my brother and his friends who was 10 years younger than me had a perfectly paved road to have the opportunity to be seen by major College Programs, and he did. On the magic August 1st date, my brother had 30+ Division 1 offers, and after going on 3 SEC official visits, he committed to the one that felt most home.
After advising other parents what to do after seeing our success, they took the correct steps to put their sons in a position that they also committed to play D1, and thats where my education that i teach you begins…
Between our own experience and the experiences of parents in our elite community, professional advisors (agents), recruiting coordinators, actual college coaches, and seeing how each circumstance unfolded for different kids, it taught me everything i need to know to put all this wisdom and advice into a written out plan that can be adjusted to any kid.
This is why I feel confident teaching you, because i know it works.
This isn’t theory, this is a living testimony of a big brother who went to all the major events and spoke with as many like minded parents and professionals with the same intention of us, and applied it.
After coming out the side of uncertainty, feeling proud about the outcome, I know you can too.
